Nest Pregnancy Care Center is making sure women in our community are not alone as they face unplanned pregnancies.

Bonneville County Republican Women invited Jennell Faulkner, Executive Director of Nest Pregnancy Care Center, to speak at our January 2, 2025 meeting. She talked about the purpose of the Center and their needs going forward. Nest is a nonprofit organization that relies on donations and volunteers. They have already helped many women and are expanding their services to include ultrasounds. 80% of women with unplanned pregnancies choose life after seeing their baby on ultrasound. Nest is a faith-based center, but all information provided to women is permission based, meaning the client chooses the topics to be discussed.
Purpose of the Nest Pregnancy Care Center:
Show love and support to all those who come to the center.
Care for mom, dad, and baby.
Offer classes and counseling.
Provide helpful information about all options available to pregnant women, and continue to love and support them through whatever they choose.
Some of the needs going forward:
Money to cover the cost of ultrasound services, about $40,000 needed for the year.
Provide baby showers to meet needs for mothers who choose to keep their baby.
Spreading the word to the community! Let people know about this amazing service provided for women in need, and help encourage donations to the center.
Following the presentation, the BCRW members voted to donate the proceeds of their monthly raffle to Nest, and will continue to look for ways to support the pregnancy center. The free services they provide to women in need are a vital part of our community.
